Slate Restaurant has officially launched in Jammu, introducing a refined new destination for contemporary dining, meaningful gatherings and memorable celebrations.

Designed for guests who appreciate exceptional food, warm hospitality and a thoughtfully curated atmosphere, Slate brings together elevated flavours, stylish interiors and service that makes every visit feel like an occasion.

More than a restaurant, Slate is conceived as a versatile social space—ideal for relaxed family meals, business lunches, evening conversations, intimate celebrations and milestone occasions. Its name reflects a fresh canvas: an elegant setting where guests can create lasting memories, one meal and one gathering at a time.

“At Slate, we wanted to create more than a place to eat,” said Aparna Kuthiala, Director. “Our vision is a restaurant that feels welcoming from the moment a guest arrives—where food is prepared with care, the ambience encourages guests to linger, and every visit has the potential to become an occasion. Slate is our invitation to Jammu to come together over flavour, conversation and hospitality.”

Slate’s menu celebrates modern, elevated dining with an emphasis on flavour, quality ingredients and artful presentation. The restaurant’s design blends contemporary sophistication with warmth and comfort, creating an inviting setting for every kind of gathering.

A New Social Destination

As Jammu’s hospitality landscape continues to evolve, Slate aims to become a preferred choice for residents, visitors, professionals and families seeking a consistently polished dining experience. The restaurant will also offer tailored arrangements for private events, curated celebrations, small-format functions and group dining.

Guests can look forward to:

• A contemporary, welcoming dine-in experience
• Modern cuisine designed for leisurely meals, social dining and special occasions
• A polished yet comfortable setting for families, friends and business guests
• Customised options for private parties, celebrations and group bookings
• Attentive, consistent and personalised hospitality

“Jammu has a strong culture of hospitality and celebration,” said Vikrant Kuthiala. “Slate has been created with that spirit at its heart. We look forward to welcoming guests not only for a meal, but for the moments that matter around it.”
